This Privacy Policy explains how NRR Consulting LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, 3833 Powerline Rd, Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, USA ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit hostreva.com, use our price calculator, contact us, or use our review dispute and removal service (the "Service").

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Airbnb, Inc. References to Airbnb are for identification only.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide directly:

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, and any phone number you provide.
• Case data: your listing URL, the review(s) or content you ask us to assess, dates, and any context, evidence, or correspondence you submit.
• Calculator inputs: average nightly rate, occupancy, number of reviews, and similar figures you enter (used to generate an estimate).
• Payment data: billing details processed via our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

b) Information collected automatically:

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected via server logs.
• Cookie data: see Section 8.

c) Information we do NOT collect:

• We do not ask for or store your Airbnb account password or full login credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide the free analysis, prepare and submit disputes, and deliver the Service;
• Generate a non-binding price estimate from your calculator inputs;
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
• Process payments and maintain accounting records;
• Operate, secure, and improve the website;
• Send service-related communications;
• Send marketing communications only where you have opted in;
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal Bases (for users in the EU/EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (to provide the Service); your consent (for opt-in marketing and non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Service); and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as necessary, with:

• Service providers acting on our instructions, including: Vercel (hosting), Resend (communication), Stripe (payments). We do not use third-party analytics.
• Authorities or advisors where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where data is transferred from the EU/EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request information about these safeguards via info@hostreva.com.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described — for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward to handle follow-up, disputes, or recurrences — and as required for accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Marketing data is kept until you opt out. After the applicable period, data is deleted or anonymized.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are either strictly necessary for the website to function (set without consent), or optional (analytics/marketing), which are only set after you consent via our cookie banner. You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time through the cookie settings on hostreva.com.

• EU/EEA/UK residents (GDPR): the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CPRA.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and limited data access — to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for hosts aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
